The Liquid state - Body
You will be what you eat. The body is like a machine needing all organs in tiptop shape to function properly. There are a lot of things that just aren’t discussed in Jr. high. To start with, we need to teach our young men about moodiness and being a little sensitive towards all women (young or old) during the scariest roller coaster women will ever ride on called PMS. And they thought puberty was frightening! Lets not forget that young men will experience mood swings too. All humans do.
A starting point to talk to girls would be to discuss all the facts concerning their health. Their peers do not necessarily discuss certain things. In the past, those that were not told really thought that they are dying when they started their period. Don’t leave it for someone else to discuss.
There are other fluids secreting from the female which can make the ignorant young lady think she is dying. There are natural fluids that secrete can be taught from the “Couple to Couple” book. It seems to be a good source, and I will probably allow my daughter to read it when she is of age. It will help her understand her body functions without going into the details of sex. I think it is more appropriate then the common sex-ed classes. Sex-ed classes are suppose to be about learning about the functions of young men and women’s bodies. It’s not suppose to be teaching them how to use their bodies to copulate. That comes when they are ready to take on the responsibilities that come with acting upon the cooperating functions.
It would be precious to discuss it right before the wedding night at a party. Parents try hard to protect them by limiting their TV, internet, social interaction, however it is known that the ‘feelings’ awaken no matter how much you limit them. There are herbs that help balance them and should searched out with proper natural care. Balance is the key. I know all us parents would love to just find a way to put a stop to our children's hormones. Its Now when the young adults need some guidance. It is best not to dwell on the feelings too much. Let them know that those feelings are real. Since not everyone has the same hormonal levels nor reacts the same way, its hard to give a robotic answer. Tell your young adults about the path you would like them to take. But let them know that if they break them; they can still seek your advice. Also let them know that it is not a crime to release their own hormones. But let them know that sexuality is like everything else. It needs boundaries and balances. If you break those balances, there are consequences. “If and then.”
Tips on hormones and Probiotics
After girls and boys are taught about ‘the birds and the bees’, then you can help the girls understand that having self control over ones actions are still required during feminine and masculine PMS. Yes, hormones affect boys too! However no matter how many times we jokingly say that men have PMS, they actually don’t. PMS stands for PreMenstrual Syndrome and the masculine hormone driving a male to be a man is Testosterone. In the Jr. High jokes, I remember teasing along with my female friends and calling it “PMS Male style”, “TMS (Testosterone Male Syndrome)”, “MPMS (Missing PreMenstrual Syndrome)”, and “MMS (aMusing Male Syndrome)”. There is plenty of other immature Jr. High jokes, but I have been left out of that circle for several years now. Young men don’t take it lightly when young women joke about men having female “problems”. When you get into the older male and female status, there are no jokes concerning Masculine PMS. Some things are just not wanted in the equality battle when it comes to understanding all kinds of tips on hormones and Probiotics.
I cannot go into full details right now with you about the numerous problems I had when they experimented on me with radical hormone therapy to "save my uterus" from Endometriosis. The psychological damage done to me has been a challenge to unravel and heal from. The hormones tricked my body into thinking I was growing into a young man while I was lifting weights with my football team. I grew a muscular structure of a young man which affected a lot of things physically, mentally, and sexually. The PTSD I gained from the trauma of them tricking my body into menopause had some consequences in my relationships with men.
Hormones are the invisible architects that shape our physical growth, emotional landscape, and overall well-being. Understanding their intricate dance within our bodies is essential for maintaining a harmonious existence. By recognizing the signals, seeking medical advice when needed, and nurturing a healthy lifestyle, we can ensure that our hormones work in harmony, empowering us to live life to its fullest potential. Next time you feel a sudden surge of emotion or experience a bodily change, remember that behind the scenes, hormones are at play, orchestrating the intricate symphony of your daily life.
In recent years, there has been a surge in awareness surrounding gut health and the importance of maintaining a balanced microbiome. A key player in promoting a healthy gut is the consumption of probiotics. These live bacteria and yeasts offer a myriad of benefits that extend beyond digestive health. In this blog, we will explore the vital role of probiotics in maintaining overall well-being, supporting immune function, and promoting optimal digestive health.
The human gut is home to trillions of microorganisms collectively known as the microbiome. These microscopic inhabitants play a crucial role in digestion, nutrient absorption, and maintaining overall health. The delicate balance between beneficial and harmful bacteria is essential for optimal gut functioning.
Enter Probiotics: The Friendly Warriors
Probiotics are live microorganisms that, when consumed, provide numerous health benefits. They are often referred to as the "friendly" or "good" bacteria, as they help restore balance and support a diverse gut microbiome. Common strains include Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium, which can be found in certain foods, supplements, and fermented products such as yogurt, kefir, and sauerkraut.
Probiotics aid in maintaining a healthy digestive system by promoting regular bowel movements, preventing diarrhea, and alleviating symptoms of digestive disorders such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). They contribute to the breakdown of food, synthesis of vitamins, and absorption of nutrients, ensuring proper nourishment for the body.
The gut and the immune system are intricately linked. Probiotics play a crucial role in enhancing the immune response by strengthening the gut barrier, reducing inflammation, and stimulating the production of immune cells. Research suggests that a healthy gut microbiome, supported by probiotics, can help reduce the risk of allergies, respiratory infections, and autoimmune diseases.
The gut-brain connection, also known as the "second brain," highlights the profound relationship between the digestive system and mental well-being. Probiotics have been shown to positively impact mood and mental health by modulating neurotransmitter production, reducing stress-related symptoms, and potentially alleviating symptoms of anxiety and depression.
The use of antibiotics can disrupt the delicate balance of the gut microbiome, often leading to digestive issues and an increased susceptibility to infections. Probiotics can help restore and replenish the gut flora, minimizing the adverse effects of antibiotic treatment and supporting a swift recovery.
Finding the most suitable probiotic supplementation can be a challenge, as everyone's gut microbiome is unique. Factors such as age, health conditions, and strains of probiotics play a role in determining the most effective choice. Consulting with a healthcare professional can provide guidance and ensure the selection aligns with individual needs.
Probiotics are essential allies in optimizing gut health, bolstering immune function, and promoting overall well-being. By incorporating probiotic-rich foods or choosing carefully selected supplements, individuals can experience a wide range of benefits, from improved digestion to enhanced mental health. Nurturing our gut microbiome with these beneficial microorganisms is a proactive step towards achieving optimal health and vitality. Embrace the power of probiotics and let them work their magic in supporting your body's most vital functions.
